STRETCHING CLASS
Stretching class is a wonderful addition to our workouts together, whether it be bootcamp or personal training. I created this class because I could see the affect overly tight muscles were having on my clients body mechanics. One of my key phrases in class is, “It’s not necessarily a strength issue, but a stretching issue.” Meaning it was their tight muscles holding them back from getting the most out of the their workouts and the exercises within them. In addition, I wanted to help ease their complaints of joint pain. The stretching class is proving to help with both.
This 30-minute class is focused on stretching and mobility work (and it is not to be confused with a yoga class). Here we make our way through various poses that are held within a time frame that allows the muscles to both relax and release. The benefits of this class include: better workouts due to increased ROM, better results due to increased ROM, help in alleviating joint/muscle pain, prevention of future injury and relaxation.
The classes are delivered biweekly to your inbox. You will have access to each 30 minute video for 2 weeks and you are able to use them as much as you’d like. Actually, I prefer you to use them as much as possible (and so does your body)! The cost for each class is $6 or $21 for 4 classes (GST included).
